Lead time you can quote to your own customer. Not "fast dispatch". A number, per compound, given before you order.
Documentation that survives being forwarded. Your customer will ask for the certificate. It should reference the batch they received and it should not have our name where yours belongs.

Yes. Wholesale supply is unbranded by default. Private label is a separate programme on the same range.
There is a minimum per compound rather than a minimum invoice value. We confirm it at enquiry.
Volume tiers are calculated per compound, because pricing follows the batch. We will tell you where the next tier sits when we quote.
Both, depending on the compound. Lead time is quoted per compound at enquiry so you are not guessing.
Yes, on private label. On unbranded wholesale we ship to you.
Yes, quoted per destination. Import authorisation for the receiving market sits with the buyer, and the terms of supply set that out.
One compound and one order. Terms are agreed per compound, so you can start with one and add more later. Buyers who supply their own trade customers usually hold two sources on their highest-volume compounds, because if their only supplier is late, they are late to their customer.
Send the specification and the certificate you receive today. We will tell you which compounds we can supply against it and what our certificate shows. If we cannot match something, you will hear it at enquiry, not after an order.
