Which compounds can carry our label?
All 37. Private label is not restricted to a subset of the range.
What are the minimum order quantities?
Set per compound and confirmed at the enquiry stage. We work with first ranges and with established distributors, and the figure differs accordingly.
Do we need an existing business?
You need a legitimate commercial purpose, a company, and the authorisations your intended market requires. You do not need an existing product range.
Can the Certificate of Analysis omit your name?
Yes. Certificates can be issued under your product and brand name.
Who owns the artwork?
You do. Labels and cartons are produced to your specification, and proofs are held only for production reference.
What happens if a batch fails analysis?
It is not released. You are told before the lead time is affected, not after.
Can we start with one compound?
Yes. Most first orders are one or two compounds while the label and packaging process is proven.
