Product use terms

The basis on which compounds are supplied.

Intended useAll compounds supplied by White Label Peptides are supplied for laboratory and research use. They are not supplied for human or animal consumption, and no medical, diagnostic, prophylactic or therapeutic use is claimed, intended, or to be inferred from any material issued by us.
No therapeutic claimNothing published by White Label Peptides constitutes a claim that any compound treats, prevents, cures or diagnoses any condition. Specification data is published for identification and procurement purposes only. It is not dosing guidance and must not be relied upon as such.
Business supplyWe contract with businesses. Consumer protection provisions applicable to consumer sales do not apply to this supply.
Buyer determinationThe buyer determines the regulatory classification of any compound in every market into which it intends to supply, and holds whatever authorisations, licences and registrations those markets require. Classification follows intended function rather than product description. Several compounds in the range are regulated as medicinal products in some or all member states. The buyer satisfies itself of the position in its own markets before ordering and at each subsequent order.
Buyer warrantyBy placing an order the buyer warrants that it holds all authorisations required for its intended activity, that it will not supply onward for any use excluded by these terms, and that it will not represent any compound as having a therapeutic effect.
Onward supplyWhere a buyer supplies onward under its own or any third-party brand, the buyer is the responsible party for that product in its market, including labelling, claims, pharmacovigilance where applicable, and any authorisation required. We are not the responsible party for any product placed on a market by the buyer.
IndemnityThe buyer indemnifies White Label Peptides against any claim, penalty, loss or cost arising from the buyer's onward supply, from a breach of the warranties above, or from any representation made by the buyer that is not contained in our written specification.
HandlingCompounds must be handled by competent personnel with facilities appropriate to the material. Storage conditions are stated on each compound page and on the batch certificate. We accept no liability for material handled or stored outside those conditions.
