| What we collect | When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, work email, company, delivery country, and any VAT number, phone number and message you provide, together with the page the enquiry was sent from. |
| Why | To respond to your enquiry, quote for supply, and administer a business relationship. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry and, where a relationship follows, performance of a contract. |
| Where it goes | Enquiries are recorded in our own customer relationship system and are processed by us and by service providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell enquiry data and we do not use it for advertising. |
| Retention | Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are retained for 24 months. Records relating to supply are retained for the period UK tax and commercial law requires. |
| Your rights | You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and may object to processing, by emailing info@whitelabelpeptides.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). |
| Cookies | This site sets no advertising cookies. It loads a web font from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google servers. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the banner: Google Analytics 4 then stores _ga and _ga_<id> for up to two years to count returning visits, and analytics data is retained for 14 months. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie named wlp_consent for 12 months, and you can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. If you decline, nothing is set and the site works the same. |
